We typically only need to treat the outside of your structure three times a year: once in the spring, once in the summer, and again in the fall. In the winter weโll perform a thorough inspection, both inside and outside your home. We look specifically for conditions that might encourage pests, and any possible issues that might need to be treated. Because pests arenโt very active in the Pacific NW winter, we will limit or omit exterior treating. Winter is an ideal time to inspect your property for excessive moisture issues, especially in crawlspaces and attics.

This is our most comprehensive plan, designed for homes and buildings in rural areas. If you live in an area where bugs and rodents are a constant problem, this planโs for you! After your initial treatment, weโll come out every two months during the warmer months: February-November.
