“In 2003 around Thanksgiving my wife and I had just finish building our first home in the Tigard area. The first night is when all the problems started, with a major water leak inside our house going through all 3 levels of the house. It had created a lovely path way from the green space behind our house, “unwanted Carpenter Ant came marching.” The problem really didn’t hit us until summer time(2004), but was it a major issue YES! Having a new born and a 3 year old daughter it was a complete mess! At one time on all three levels of the house we could see and or have already killed 100+ ants in one hour! So now my wife and kids were off to an hotel until the ant issue had been resolved. I made the decision to call a Very well known pest company. The pest company insured the ants would be dead and out of the house in a couple of days and would stay away! Well the ants did go away, but the ants decided (I am guessing) our house was to nice of a feasting ground to not stop or die and go away. With in 2 weeks they came back times 2, I jumped on calling the well known Pest control company again, but they couldn’t get anyone out in 7 to 10 days. My wife made it clear she wanted this taken care of at any cost…

I spent some time looking at pest control, I came across All About Ants. I called! First try I reached Dan. It was summer, hot outside, bug time of  the year! I explained the issue to Dan. His response, “How about I be out there in an HOUR!” I was happy we were not going to be staying in the hotel again. Dan    got to my house 15 minutes early, we walked the house, so he could see the problem. Dan also took the time to answer all my questions! Thinking this was going    to cost an arm and leg. When he handed me the invoice, I said to my self “thats it!” WOW

To this day with having Dan (All About Ants) doing regular checks yearly we have had zero ant problems.

“I tried one other exterminator before finding All About Ants, with no success. After they treated my house the first time, they stated they would be happy to come back out for free, as long as I signed up for a maintenance program. After calling multiple extermination services, Dan gave me a total education on why his products are different than the others before I even booked an appointment.Dan is knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and upfront about his services and fees and never tried to pressure us into signing up for a maintenance program. He also has given us many tips on things we can do to minimize future ant activity and his services come with a guarantee. And his prices are really reasonable.

I will continue to use All About Ants anytime that I have a pest problem and I always recommend him to any family and friends that are having pest issues.

“When I first called All About Ants, I was at my wits end. I had ants in my kitchen, my dining room, at my front door and in both of my bathrooms! They had even started getting in by the window in my son’s room. I had been trying to fight them back with the store-bought bait for over a year, but they kept returning. “My wife and I have had All About Ants come to our house in the Rock Creek area about the same time of year, March-April. We were seeing ants in various parts of our house (kitchen, bathrooms, family room). After Dan came and gave us his treatment, which was very safe for our dogs, we no longer were seeing any of the ants throughout the home. We are so happy for Dan’s service. There is nothing worse than having ants near your food and bathrooms or any other room in your house.

Dan was on time, clean and very knowledgeable about how to treat our ant problem. We thought we’d need a return visit from him, but we soon found out that he worked very hard at solving our problem.
